Shipping Policy

 

Sassy A Cosmetics delivery can take 2-3 days to process orders (from the time between you place the order to when it is shipped) Normally the orders are shipped in 2 days. At the end of the processing time period, you will receive a tracking number. The shipping method we ship by is FIRST CLASS SHIPPING with USPS which is 1-3 business days.

 

For orders in the USA PLEASE NOTE: There may be delays from time to time because of reasons we aren't able to control. For example, bad weather etc. Our Packages are collected by the USPS trucks and periodically they bypass picking up packages at the scheduled time which will result in a slight delay.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We Ship worldwide. As long as you can receive deliveries in your country we will ship there. 

PRICE: There is NO SET PRICE for international shipping. Our shipping partners are connected to the store, meaning based on the Address you enter and the weight of your order, you will see a different price.

Return & Exchange Policy

Sassy A Cosmetics will issue a refund to you if your request it before your order has been processed and/or shipped. 

PLEASE NOTE: we can only issue a refund to you immediately, but we have no control over when it will appear in your account. The time for your refund to appear differs with banking institutions.  

 

Sassy A Cosmetics DOES NOT accept returns for sanitary purposes. When an order has been shipped and confirmed by our carrier that the order was delivered to the exact address you submitted, a refund will NOT be granted. 

If you realized that you had given us a wrong address, contact us within 24-48 hours after the order has been placed. After that period of time and you have already received a tracking number it will be too late to correct it.
